When will my order be processed?

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and COVID-19.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. After that, it will take 7-14 business days for delivery in the United States, and 8-17 business days for international orders (depending on location).

WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, you will not be charged any extra money with customs/duties by us. However, different products may be subject to the payment of duty as well as to whatever rules and regulations govern the importation of that particular product into the United States.
